1. Will the donations raised through this fundraiser benefit a child or adult resident of Cass (ND), Clay (MN), or Becker County (MN) who is experiencing a significant health issue, loss of life, or other trauma resulting in hardship for them/their family?

2. Is the financial hardship (expenses and/or loss of income) of the recipient/family of this fundraiser expected to be in excess $5,000?

3. Are there a couple of committed and caring people willing to serve as the champions of this fundraiser? Champions build awareness and support for the fundraiser. NOTE: Champions should be individuals who do not live in the same household as the recipient. It is highly recommended that at least one champion live in the same community as the recipient.

4. Lend A Hand Up requires a bank account where funds are electronically deposited. Do you have, or are you willing to set up, a benefit fund or designate a checking account for this purpose?
